How to get more dark organs in Graveyard Keeper? ›

Dark intestine, as well as the other variants (Dark brain, Dark heart), will randomly appear on newly delivered corpses. Obtained after progressing far enough through the Inquisitor quest-line.

First remove the heart. If that removes two red skulls, you can remove the skull then blood and fat, for a perfect body. If removing the heart removes only one red skull, you can try again with the brain or intestines, or just remove the fat and blood. Remember you can save the game and try again.

Intestines make alchemy materials mostly used for healthpotions. Hearts make alchemy materials mostly used for quality fertilizer 2 (not worth in my opinion). Brains make alchemy materials mostly used for quality fertilizer 1 (not worth in my opinion).
